Returns - Faulty/Damaged Goods
In the event your goods arrive faulty and/or damaged, contact us immediately. We will ask that you return the goods to us for inspection. Once the fault/damage has been inspected and confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund to the full value of the product. In the event our testing proves the product IS NOT faulty, the goods will be returned to the customer upon cleared payment for re-delivery. In either case, it is the customers responsibility to cover costs of returning the goods to us. Refunds do not include shipping charges.
Returns - Unwanted/Wrong Goods
In the event we dispatch the incorrect goods, a replacement will be dispatched upon return of the item(s).
If you later decide you do not want the goods, you may return them to us for a replacement or refund within 30 days from delivery. Costs incurred for delivery and return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer. Our returns address can be found on our Contact Us page.
We have reduced the prices on all our crimp terminals where some of our competitors have put theirs up. We have managed reductions by as much as 58% on some of our terminals. On our new pricing, a pack of 100 butt crimp terminals costs just £2.29 Inc VAT or £3.74 delivered.
