Inner-City streets could soon see a new type of speed camera which use Wi-Fi technology to communicate with each camera. The new speed camera’s transmit images of vehicle registrations to eachother making it increasingly difficult for motorists to dodge their watchful eye.

Peugeot have now topped their 308 range with the new Peugeot 308 THP 175 GT which has a 1.6 litre, turbocharged engine producing a respectable 175 bhp. Now compare that with a 20 year old 1.6 litre Ford Escort RS Turbo running at 132 bhp, the technology of today is certainly showing its worth, without even mentioning fuel efficiency.

The beefed up, four wheel drive MINI Crossman will be on its way to the UK sometime in 2010. This will be the first MINI to the built outside of the UK as Australian vehicle assembly manufacturer Magna Steyn will get the job. (more…)

Coda Development, a company based in the Czech Republic have patented a Self Inflating Tyre - SIT which automatically maintains the correct tyre pressure by continuous inflation from a peristaltic pump built into the tyre wall. (more…)

As a diesel fan myself, i just could not resist publishing an article on the new Audi R8 V12 Tdi Concept. Under the bonnet is a 6.0 Litre V12 lump producing 500 BHP, 1000Nm of torque at just 1750rpm maintained all the way up to 3000rpm. One of the fastest diesel engines Audi has ever built. (more…)
